first round of clomid

Hi everyone I have just finished my first round of taking the clomid tablets and from about day 3 i have had a few niggles and twinges in both of my sides which i can deal with but I am also having hot flushes throughout the day and night which i am struggling to deal with. Will these last throughout the rest of the month or will they go away? Also any positive stories of first time clomid users. I am trying to stay positive here x
