You need a basal base thermometer. Quite cheap online xx

Okay so the Ovia app says today is a peak day I have just done the ovulation test and no smiley face at all?

Do another test tomorrow. I used to use ovia but I use fertility friend now, I find it much more reliable especially if you pay for the upgrade xx

Morning, so I did another ovulation test this morning and I got a flashing smiley face which says high fertility 😊 so this means I try tonight and then do I do another test tomorrow to see if I have peak fertility!? Thank you x
