When I remember I take Tesco’s own brand as the RDA weren’t that different and they were a lot cheaper 😀 x x

So these are a good idea then? Was thinking it has vitamin D and the folic acid daily dose 😄 xx

I'm not sure if mine are the exact same ones but I switched to Pregnacare this time as my mum read an article that reported they were good for egg quality. I'd say they were all much the same but I thought I would only ask myself what if if I didn't take them. I tend to take a whole cocktail and this time added extra in for egg quality and upped the dosage of specific ones. X

I've also been taking these for about 2 months and got my BFP on Sunday :-) not sure if it's related, but I would give them a try! My nurse said they were good to take as well xx

There was an article on these a few months back saying they were the magical fertility drug and that a large number of women who had been trying for a while without success all became pregnant within 3 months of taking these tablets! Not sure how genuine the article was but def worth a try! I will never now get pregnant naturally due to having both tubes removed but I'm taking them as thought it may at least help with my lining etc for my upcoming cycle. Good luck! Xx

I use these. Every time I go to my clinic I get asked if I'm taking folic acid and vit D supplements (I have a vit D deficiency) and these gives you the required amount. Also gives you a wide range of other things which may or may not be helpful to you (general health wise rather than ttc) I always used to take a multi vit tablet pre TTC as I found I reduced the amount of colds I got so I just swapped to these.

I've always taken these through my cycles, I know there a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. You can them in boots 3 for 2 xx
