Advice needed please

I have been doing some research about fertility and how to help conceive. There's a lot of stuff out there about acupuncture...has anyone tried this and had a successful pregnancy? Do you think it helped?

It's a lot of money and just want to know what you all think about it please x

Hi beauty1984. I'm sure some of the ladies here will fill you in with their experiences of acupuncture. All I wanted to say, was that if you do decide to go ahead with it, make sure the person you choose is a member of the "British Acupuncture Council" who regulate the practices. I do know that it has helped many women with endometriosis and blood flow to the womb, and of course to relax which is obviously very important. Just wanted to wish you well with it if you decide to go ahead. Diane

Hi beauty1984. I really do hope you find it beneficial. Whenever you have prescribed treatment or IVF, do let the consultant know, just in case he/she wants you to stop when taking drugs. Diane

I found a local acupuncture specialist who gave me more help and information than my doctors tbh. I think it depends what your issue may be as to how much they can help you but you won't know until you visit someone if you think it's for you. They will help to re balance your body and help with hormone regulation reducing stresses and anxieties in the body which is a good thing for anyone. My lady does a three month programme. Hope you find someone good x

Unfortunately acupuncture did not work for me in terms of fertility although it did sort other issues although that may have been the Chinese herbs!! It is expensive-I worked out that a year of regular sessions would have covered another round of IVF for us 😩

I am trying reflexology this Saturday! A lot of people swear by it xxx
