I know pineapple and the core mainly is supposed to be good because of bromelain enzyme. Also there is some evidence that milk is good too Brazil nuts. Not sure about avoiding except obvious alcohol caffeine. 💗🤗😘 I eat these things post ovulation well the pineapple so I'm sure it works for ivf icsi too 😘

Hi I would eat 100% organic if you can afford it! Also take pregnacare conception, drink plenty of water, low carbs xxx Good luck!

I drank loads of pomegranate juice as I read it aids implantation and I did get a bfp. Good luck x

The what to eat seems to have been covered by others. The not is anything you can’t have pregnant, the list is a bit long but can be found on the nhs website

I drank whole milk, ate 5 Brazil nuts per day, ate pineapple and core and also drank pomegranate juice. I have avoided soft cheese, caffeine, alcohol, chorizo etc. My otd is tomorrow so not sure if it has made any difference yet. xxx

Chorizo was a weird one to avoid for me. I really wanted Parma ham :-( also bean sprouts was one i wasnt aware of.

Infact the whole nhs list I would like to have. A bit of pate or brie would be very nice.

Be really careful with any of the supplements you take. I discovered I was having Vitamin A which is a massive No No xx
