Slow growing follicles

Hi all. Had my 3rd monitoring scan today. Monday I was increased to double dose of menopur. Wednesday increased to triple dose. Today there is very little growth. They are concerned that I may suffer ohss if I continue on triple dose so have advised that I do double dose and get scanned again Monday. Wanted to know if anyone else had same issue and also what can I do to help them grow?

From reading Zeta west ivf diet book she recommends during stimulation to eat beta keratin rich foods such as carrots, sweet potato, butternut squash. Also lots of protein, omega 3. Hopefully this should help xx

I’m not sure if it worked but I used a hot water bottle most nights which also helped with the discomfort.
