Help please!

Hi ladies hope someone can help me please.

I started my Superecur injections on Wednesday but since yesterday evening i have had increasing pains in my groin which ha e gotten worse today. Could this be a side effect or is it too soon? Really confused,any help or advice would be appreciated thank you x

Could possibly be a side effect remember the aim of it is to deactivate your ovaries that might be why your getting a bit of a pain try taking some paracetamol and see if that eases it x

Yeah I did think it could be a side effect but thought it might be too soon as I'm only day 3. I'll try the paracetamol and see how I get on. Thanks for replying x

I had side effects a few days after taking it, don't worry sweet you'll be fine x

Self medication is a bit risky as far as Superecur is concerned; it interacts badly with a number of medications. It's best not to take chance.

I've heard Buserelin to have a number of undesirable effects. Especially this nervy types of pain in lower abdomen or groin area gets unbearable. yours could be one of them too. Are you on any other medication like diabetes or anti-psychotics? In most cases the trigger of side effects for down-reg starts with some interference (it can be from other drugs too). You're probably on your second day of the injection, with Buserelin time doesn't matter though. It's not a very comforting medication! I'd strongly recommend you contact your Dr and tell them about all the changes you're experiencing ASAP. Stay Well!

Yes I had a constant dull ache in my groin which continued when I started the Manopur to down reg. x
