I can't allow myself to believe that this is positive, there must be something wrong with the stick! I had a cancelled IVF cycle in May due to my ovaries being to high. Also had a laporoscopy 5weeks ago. My partner also has a very low sperm count! Do you see a 2nd line?

I see the second line too. Maybe also try one if the tests that says how pregnant you are to be double sure but it looks good to me 😀
