Had ET this morning! ! Looking for and advise in what to do / not do?? Eat / not eat. Heard that pineapple and Brazil nuts are recommended? ??? Tia xx

As tugs says a slice of pineapple a day including the core (I cut into 5 and had a piece a day until finished) a handful of Brazil nuts a day. Keep hydrated and take it easy 🙂 Good luck xxx

I didn't do anything special just didn't have any caffeine but I'd stop caffeine in march, and had 2 weeks off work, and drank plenty of water xx
