Is folate folic acid???

I'm currently taking Zita West Vitafem and it says it contains folate. Is this the same as folic acid or should I be taking that as well??😬😬😬

I think it is a form of folic acid but not sure on strength you may want to double check just incase you should take folic acid too xx
