Testing for pregnancy before test day

Hi all

Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

5I have no pregnancy symptoms so far, are my meant to have pregnancy symptoms now? Any encouragement and information? Oh this wait! xxxx

Oh thanks for this as I was wondering why I had no pregnancy symptoms. I had embryo (blastocyst) transfer on Monday 26th of June. Congratulations on getting pregnant- did you use blood test or urine test? Did you test on your advised test day? Where you active after embryo transfer or just resting? Sometimes I worry over my being active and its impact on impantation! xx

We had a blood and a urine test done.. we tested ourselves on 8 days post and got a positive then hospital confirmed on 9th day ☺ i think it might be a bit early for you still as i tested after 5 days and it was negative! I didnt really do a great deal after transfer but i think plenty of ladies do stay active and go onto have bfp 😀 good luck xx🤞

Hope_4_2017x did you test at 5dp5dt and had a negative? You are strong! How did you kept your sanity? Did you had any bleeding? Symptoms? Sorry for so many questions but a bit low at the moment. Had a bit of bleeding yesterday and tested today 5dp5dt and negative. This afternoon I had a bit more bleeding. Trying to keep hope alive but it's hard. ☹️

Yes it was negative at 5 days and it drove me mad as i thought it was all over! I didnt have any bleeding or any symptoms. It is super hard to keep positive but your definately not out yet xx

Hi I agree with hope4. I tested 6dp5dt was negative. I rested 3 days after transfer then usual things. Too early to have pregnant symptoms Hun

Hi Kattalex, I have had no bleeding at all. I know a friend who had bleeding during wait and is around 16 weeks pregnant- so maybe wait to test on your recommended test day. How many embryos did they implant in you? Was it full blastocyst embryo? xx

2 blasties transferred on Monday 26th June

I also had 2 blastocyst transferred on Monday 26th June. The friend I am telling you about who bled during waiting time, had two transfers made, she had proper menstrual bleeding prior to test day- and now she is about 16 weeks pregnant. Some say with two transfers one could be bled off and one could remain, I am unsure but I have heard people say this. So don't give up hope and don't stress too much, wait and test on your recommended date. Goodluck xxx

Hi Hun everyone is so different I tested so early at 4dp5dt and got a faint positive, I walked the dogs constantly after transfer as moving around gentle things really helps the blood follow around nicely xx

Hi TW1986, oh thanks dear- I was active first 2 days after transfer, then I felt guilty. So last three days after transfer, I only move more to wee, kitchen and shower and that is it. I sort of dance around slightly in the when I hear music but not much as I dont want to spoil things- don't know if proper dancing is wrong, because I actually enjoy dancing). I will go for walk tomorrow as I have been indoors in last three days. Congratulations on having the BFP- now I am tempted to try to test but I am scared as well. How many embryos did you have transferred? Are you having any pregnancy signs yet? xxxx

That's ok Hun and honest I carried on pretty much as north I went back to work doing Mobile hairdressing I've had aches twinges and a few pains constantly but just got to wait till 10th for a scan, it's so hard to not test lol xx
