This is my first IVF cycle, and after having some slow growing follicles and being on Menopur for 22 days, we have finally been given the go ahead for EC on Friday!
I've just taken my HCG shot - feels so good to know it's the last injection, especially after being on long protocol.
Does anyone have any tips or advice for EC? Any preparation that I should be doing tomorrow?

I don't really have any advice with things to do, just relax it's a very quiet experience, everything cool and calm. Your in good hands so just let the staff take care of you.

Hiya. That sounds good. My EC is Friday too. I plan on having a gigantic glass of water on the morning. My nurse always says make it a big one so I will. Good luck. I'm sure it will all go smoothly. x
Well done. You're bound to be nervous but there is nothing to worry about really. They'll look after you so just focus on resting before and especially afterwards xxx
