Update from yesterday's EC

So, had the phone call from the clinic at 8:20 this morning to update us on our eggs.

They said that one of the sacks was empty do we got 12 eggs. Of the 12, 9 were mature & 8 have fertilised!! Really happy with this & hoping they develop over the weekend. The embryologist will check the time lapse on Monday & they will also be graded. If there's a standout embryo on Monday we would go in for transfer but he said hopefully they will continue until Wednesday to 5 days.....

Brilliant! 8 is a great number. I'm so happy for you. Waiting around is always very tough but it sounds very positive. Wishing you the best with your embryos. X
