Had THE call 😬

Hi all just to update you, out of the 8 eggs collected yesterday 5 were mature enough for icsi. Out of the 5 injected all 5 have fertilised nicely!! 😀 I am beyond relieved so much so I sat and cried. With all embryos in the past being lovely quality they've decided to let them go to day 5 so transfer will be Saturday.

Feeling a little sore and bloated around my ovaries but drinking lots, generally feeling ok tho. This cycle has been so much different to others, feeling more positive now... long may it last. Thankyou everyone who has been there for me so far I couldn't have got this far without you all. Xx 😊❤🙏🌈

That's great news hun! Good luck! Your not far behind me so will be good to have a buddy!! For me the two days after egg collection weren't great, felt sharp pains but paracetamol and a hot water bottle helped. Drink lots of water xxx

Isn't it 😊 I keep smiling so relieved. Oh yes there will only be 5days between us we will be 2ww buddies hehe. Yeah my ovaries feel a tad bruised and kinda pull and sharp pain when I walk about and my stomach feels bloated/constipated. I'm constantly drinking water or juice and peeing lots but I think the pain is getting easier. I'm off to fill up a hot water bottle now and rest up 😁 hope your little embie is bedding in nicely xx

Thank you hun! Currently have my feet up aswell going for a walk soon! Back to work Thursday last time I took the whole 2 weeks off but I think I need some normality this time around! I was constipated aswell but I drank prune juice and felt ok the pain lasted 2 days and I remember thinking please don't let it be. 3 day transfer because I felt ill! But was happy that it was a 5 day fingers crossed you have some frosties aswell xxx

Aww that's good to hear, enjoy your walk 😊 the gentle exercise will help blood flow around your uterus. Maybe being back at work will help the time to go quicker, nothing strenuous tho. I didn't think about prune juice, I might have to give it a try. Yeah I'm really hoping for some frosties too, it's that extra piece of mind knowing they're there helps xx ❤🌈

I totally agree, this cycle has been so different form my last where I only got 3 eggs! My embryologist called and we have another embryo they are freezing so now we have 4 x
