Bad belly? Miscarriage signs?

I have ohss mind but last night I had belly pains lasting like 30 seconds, followed by diarrhoea, and tonight had same pain. I'm worried now 6 weeks pregnant could this be miscarriage signs? I'm such a worrier have a scan next week. Painted fence past two days and worried I have done to much. No blood yet x

Hi. I have had lots if wind pain and loose stool this pregnancy. Could it be that? I googled lots about this as though it was more common to be constipated early pregnancy, but turns out the hormones can send you both ways! If you are pain free between and no bleeding, I wouldn't worry. The waits for the scans feel so long! Xx
