Feeling lossed over the loss of 2 miscarriages​

I'm 48 years old I want to have another child, I had 2 miscarriages​ before, I feel like I'm still not over my 2 miscarriages​ and I want to talk about it with my therapist. How do I being to heal and feel happy .

Hi Fearless68. So sorry to read that you have been struggling so much. It is never easy coping with miscarriage, so having had another is obviously much harder. I wonder whether you might gain specific help from the Miscarriage Association? I hope also that you have received some support through counselling. If not perhaps your GP can organise that for you. Obviously I wish you well with whatever you decide to do, and I do hope you find the support that you need. Diane

Hi, I am so sorry to read this and for your losses. I miscarried last year and I thought I could keep it a secret and it would go away, I soon learned that wasn't the case. I found a charity called 'saying goodbye' and they have helped me enormously to grieve for our baby x

I am sorry to know your story. I would recommend checking vit. D level, sperm quality and genetic issues by doing karyotyping. Docs also advise to consider PGS NGS in case of advanced maternal age. Good luck with ttc-ing xx
