Hi all. Thanks first and foremost for all help previously. And for the posts by other lovely ladies. All good support and informative. Due to take ovitrelle today. Any tips for keeping healthy (and sane) hereafter?? Egg collection Thurs. All very real now (can you tell it's my first cycle??!). Many thanks.

Hi, good luck for egg collection. You'll be fine. I didn't feel a thing. Have a hot water bottle at the ready for after though. Tummy can be tender. I ate salt and vinegar crisps as heard salt is good for implantation along with avocado and brazil nuts and plenty of water. Best wishes xx

hello MJD! Congrats on your progress. It's ok to be scared of what you are going to be through but keep thinking positive anyway. regarding ovidrel injection, don't miss time when you need to make it, it's very important. The injection itself isn't painful, as you've seen that syringe needle isn't big. yeh it's a bit terrifying to make this shot on your own I know.

Anyways, be a good girl and everything will be alright. fingers crossed for your successful ER!xx

Thanks so much ladies. All went well yesterday and today have 5 potentials. Back on Tuesday for ET. I had a little cry when I got off the phone with embryologist. It's all so emosh eh?! Onto the next drama.....
