Carpal tunnel syndrome

Hey guys I'm 24 weeks and suffering with carpal tunnel syndrome never herd of it until now whst I can say is its painful and annoying. I'm wondering if anyone else has suffered? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks xx

Hey Vonny,

This is something I suffer with. I wear a splint at night and it usually helps to ease the pain.

Thanks Amanda86 I've got splints for both hands wear them at night but it's still waking me up early hours. It's now started through day. Do u suggest I wear them through day 2 ? Xx

You could try that it might help 😊

Another thing I've used is Ibuprofen gel although you can't use that during pregnancy can you? Maybe a gel similar that your able to use might help? Xxx

Unfortunately can't use the cream. I'll try use the splints through day 2. Thanks hun x

Hi vonny27. Not nice! You can get a small splint to wear to keep your hand upright a little to take the pressure of the "tunnel". Your GP will get you one. good luck! Diane
