wow, 7 at blastocyst, that's fantastic! Good luck for transfer. I think that's the easiest part after what you've been through to date! I heard pineapple and brazil nuts help improve lining too. Xx

Ah that's great news! My advice would be to rest up, don't do any lifting of any kind (even light housework!) Keep your mind busy as you'll wonder over every twinge and niggle.... get stuck into a good book or tv boxset. Drink plenty of fluids (water, peppermint tea if you're bloated from egg collection). When we got our BFP last year I drank a glass of pomegranate juice every day for about a week after transfer. I hear Brazil nuts and pineapple are also good for implantation. You should also avoid any heat to the area so no hot water bottles or baths. Well done for getting this far, that's an achievement in itself! Xxxx

Wow! That's fantastic. Hope all goes well today and good luck for the 2WW. X

Wow great numbers, good luck for today xx

as far as I know, the period of implantation is very important. To my mind, it is necessary to exclude from your daily routines such SPA-procedures as solarium and sauna. Do not stay in the sun for a long time also.

It is better to include such options to your everyday meal like:

cereals and wholegrain bread;

fruits and vegetables (seasonal);

meat and fish (low-fat);

dairy products.

Proteins (meat, fish, cottage cheese) must be also included into your diet, they are necessary for the further embryonic tissues` development.

Meals must be eaten frequently, they should be divided into small portions.

If you are constantly nauseated during the egg implantation and its further growth, always carry a bottle of water and sour-sweet candies with you.

it really helps :)

If you want to use the toilet, do not hold it in. Full bladder and rectum can press on the uterus and cause cramping.

good luck with your implantation and keep us updated

Thankyou all very much our little one ( grade 4AB) is safe and warm now, I'm reassured that it's a brilliant grade and my uterine lining was very good so with everything crossed let's hope the next 12 days are easy to cope with. Xx
