Odd bit of caffeine on weekend or not?

They say you can have 200mg of caffeine when ttc and when pregnant so I wouldn't worry too much about cutting it all out completely. Xxx

The 200mg can translate into 2xcoffee or 1xcoffee and 2xtea or 1xcoffee and 1xcoke. I still have one regular coffee in the morning as can't start my day without it. You be fine with the odd coke zero.x

You can get caffine free diet coke or caffine free Pepsi, but it's all down to what you prefer 😊 like the others sat a little of what you like won't harm x

Hiya, the only thing I would say looking ahead us my doctor always said to avoid Diet drinks because of the Aspartame in them and choose natural drinks... Just passing on as I used to drink Diet coke. Wishing you all the best xxxxx

I use sweetener in my de caff tea otherwise what could I use as an alternative? Xx

My friend uses honey instead of sugar or sweeteners, maybe give that a try x

They say stevia OK as natural, but artificial like Aspartame bad for anyone, especially ivf. I use the brand truvia xx
