Ivf in Bromley area
Hi Bec-A, are you NHS or private? If NHS, you will get referred to GUY's (or at least I did). once referred the waiting time wasn't long at all. have you had all the necessary tests etc done already?
Good luck with your journey!
I'm not in Bromley I'm in Kent but mine took a year from seeing the doctor to being referred to the ok to do 2nd cycle I'm just waiting on one last blood result and soon as I have (hoping it's all good) that I can start, so once you've got the go ahead for ivf treatment on NHS. my gyno says there's no waiting list at the actually ivf clinics, hope that helps,
If it's private then that's pretty straight forward and quick as you don't have the waiting for pre check ups etc, good luck with your journey xx
Hey thanks to you mean a year from when you went to the doctor to tell them if your problems to getting ivf if so that's good for me as I first went to my doctor in September! Good luck to you too hope the ivf goes well xx
The 2nd time round yes. I went in Feb to the doctors, Gyno consultant in April, had to have a op in December then further blood test, and got accepted for funded ivf on 14th Feb, but had to have another rubella vaccination as it was showing I wasn't amune so that delayed it as had to have a vaccination again and re blood test 24th of this month then if that's good, I'm good to go,
So if I was already amune I couldn't started this month,
First time was a night mare but more due to NHS giving me false info that took long time, then told I was wrong age and wrong area so paid private, that happen really quicky,
Good luck xx
