Mine was after all the testing and scans so those were December and Jan, then implications meeting which is where they discussed dates for the cycle x

Mine was after test results and once all the paperwork was signed. Got my test results start of Dec - no dates given, paperwork has to be with you for 4 weeks, so my appointment to sign it all was start of Jan xx
