Appointment next week 😬

Next appointment at James Cook hospital on 07/03/17. Hoping to get dates of our process starting. Excited but also scared.

Anyone got any experience of how long I will have to wait to pick up injections etc. Already had one appointment with IVF clinic and further tests. So hoping for more info this time.

Hi I've just done ICSI long protocol at JC!!

We had initial consultation 16/06/16

Partner froze sperm 30/06/16

Ultrasound 8/07/16

Consultation 25/08/16 to discuss treatment/dates/booking in with secretary

Consultation 13/09/16 to go through legal paperwork

Ivf info session 08/12/16 in the theatre hall

Start pill 02/01/17

Start buserelin 13/01/17

Start menopur 01/02/17

Egg Collection 08/02/17

Egg Transfer 10/02/17

BFP 17/02/17 😃

Got told it would be a long wait as they shut Hartlepool clinic so lots more people sent to JC & RVI, but you might be lucky and get in quicker, it does fly over.

We got our info session on 09/03 so fingers crossed I will get BFP in next couple of months.x

The info session is a good chance to speak to the nurses, I also found out about the 3 month car park pass that works out cheaper and the 3 month pre payment for prescriptions which saves you a fortune for meds, also any prescription they give you, you can only get at the hospital pharmacy xx
