Change of plan.... what does this mean??

Hi, I was scheduled for my second scan to check my follicles growth tomorrow however call from the clinic today has changed this until Tuesday with EC on Thursday opposed to Monday. Is this kind of change of plan normal?

Yeah they do this sometimes, I ended up having a follicle scan on a Wednesday, Saturday then sunday then had EC on the wed after which was slightly different to the original plan x

They do change sometimes according to growth etc-they should have really explained to you why to reassure u though.i wouldn't worry too much as they know what they r doing butvif ubr concerned I would just give them a call & ask them the reason to put your mind at rest xxx

Hi Laura2812. They must have their reasons for doing this, so why not ring them back and ask why? However, like the others have said, this happens, so try not to worry too much about it, as they won't want to jeopardise your cycle in any way. Hope all goes well for you next week with egg collection and fertilisation. Thinking of you. Diane
