Risk with 3 follicles

Hi Everyone

Just after some opinions really, I went for my 10 day scan and was told I need to go back Monday as I have 3 growing follicles and some smaller ones, the nurse said if the 3rd one gets any bigger they would have to skip this month IUI as the risk might be triplets (if i was to get pregnant) and they can only work with 2.

If they don't go ahead with the IUI , would you take the risk and just try naturally at home instead to increase your chances to get pregnant?

Just feel like i should give it a try either way.
