I've only started these injections today and I'm not a good sleeper at all.

I'm finding it hard to stay awake shocked to feel like this so early in the down reg stage .

Anybody else had this ??xxx?x

I'm not sure about this injection but I had it with Gonal F. Couldn't keep my eyes open. But I'm on day 5 now and it's so much better. First 3 days were the worst for me xxx

I was told morning but for the side effects evening would have suited me so much better. It's horrible feeling like that xxx

I'm about the start bursellin and have been told to take it in the evening. Do you know if you have a time window to take it (ie between 8-10pm) or do you have to take it at exactly the same time every day??

U have to take it at the same time I'm doing mine at 6 that way of i get a headache etc i can go to bed xxx

Hey Hun I take mine at 7.30 in the evening. I don't feel any side effects yet! I have only been taking it since last Friday. I did get some pulling motions in my stomach last night though. The injections still sting as the medicine goes in x

Why don't u get some emla cream u can get it from the chemist.put it on 2hours before with a dressing on top and u will b numb xxx

If u can't get emla u can get ametop they are the same but I think emla is better . Let me know if it helps xxxxx

I found after 3 or 4 days the Bueserlin gave me slight head aches, but nothing that stopped me doing anything. It did make me tired, so evening is definitely best time for it. It seemed to give me a bit of a foggy head too. The number one tip that I think is most important is to drink LOADS of water!! Good luck 🍀x
