Funding rules re non-British partner

Hello

I have bilateral hydro and have had confirmed that I will receive IVF on the NHS. However, as I was rushed through the assessment I didn't get a moment to tell them that my partner is not British. We are currently in a long distance relationship but we plan to get married this year and apply for a spousal visa. Does anyone know the rules re funding for this situation?
