Just had the call and the blood test was a negative result.
So we now have our follow up appointment for the 9th June to discuss our little frozen embryo and what we have learnt / can change going forward
So that gives me two weeks of down time - I am going to get my roots done (have avoided the hairdressers so now I have lovely dark roots!), get back to the gym and sort this stomach that has appeared out! and get some well deserved TLC with my patient beyond belief husband!
To those of you still on the 2WW or even just starting your 2WW, its hell and its the longest 2WW ever, but just enjoy the hope and excitement that you can feel in the pit of your stomach and remember, pregnant until proven otherwise
Good luck everyone and I will keep checking in for your updates and will be back when we are on our next trip on this rollercoaster

There is no use beating ourselves up over it we just have to accept that for whatever reason this one was not meant to be .... That's the only way I'll get my head round it.
I am so sorry. You sound like a strong woman ( not sure if cope as well) treat yourself to some lovely things and days and I'm keeping it all crossed for your nxt shot . Xxxx
Aww I'm so sorry to hear it did not work for you this time holly, thinking of you. Certainly take some 'me' time and keep focusing on your lil frostie you sound an amazing positive woman and I wish you all the best of luck with your next try xxx 😃💗
Sorry it didn't work this time. Keep up that great attitude of yours!! And enjoy time with your partner, do some nice things together before you have to do this again. Hope your little Frostie will be the one! x
Ahh so sorry to hear this Holly. Your are incredibly strong and you should be proud. Ivf is not for the faint hearted. I think i totally broke down yesterday and decided to stay away from the office today and tomorrow to get back on track. Did another test and it seems the lines are getting weaker but will wait and see how the next week progresses. I think it's good you having a break to get back on track as it's amazing how much this process consumes you. Have some quality time and I am sure your frostie will be the one! All the best Holly x
Thank you so much and please try not to worry, so easy to say I know. You are best having a few days off if your not feeling great, I find if I work when my heads a mess I do more harm than good!
IVF is certainly not for the faint hearted, that's for sure.
Keep strong and keep positive xx
