My period is normally regular, very regular. But I've had these dull cramps throughout and since our failed FET which I started mid way through my cycle in Feb (preg test was April).
I don't know that it's a good idea to try an FET again this month given things seem so out of sync. Am I being crazy or has anyone else felt like they are bagged up with hormone hangover a month on?
I think I have the option to go next month, which might give Mother Nature time to rebalance? Or maybe I'm overthinking this! 😬
I felt the same way along with being mentally exhausted. So I had a month off, even though because of my age I felt under pressure to keep going. But as my sister said maybe you can't afford NOT to take a break. I'm so glad I did. It gave me the chance to have a month enjoying life and thinking about other things, at least some of the time!
