long protocol question...

Hi All

OK so today is day 22 of bureselin injections - went last Thursday but nurse said lining was 4.4 and they want it 4 or under.

I am back on Thursday for another baseline scan to hopefully start stimms.

My period normally only last 3 - 4 days and always starts on the 15th of the month. 

On the injections it started on the 16th and was quite heavy first three days then it was ok. However since staying on the bureselin it is still going on and just worried, is this normal?

Hi holly very normally id say same thing happened to me i think the down regulation slows the end of shedding which is why lining isnt thin enough yet but u still get spotting that drags out a couple extra days than normally...its a good sign that ur lining is still shrinking xx

Thank you... I was just worrying as I don't normally bleed for this long...

Hopefully it will be thin enough on Thursday

I worried too... i starting thinking id developed a new condition that would effect my treatment because my cycle would be all messed up with it being longer but its nothing to worry about because the whole cycle is medicated so un natural/not so normal things happen most the way through... And thanks im still doing good got a scan next week so im looking forward to that x

I know I'm worrying that something is not going right, then I read it's nothing to worry about as a good lining is useful later on, then I'm worrying about egg collection then worrying what if none fertilise and on it goes... 

Hopefully can start stimms on Thursday!
