Headaches

I am having the most excruciating headaches. Is it nasal spray or prognovya or both together. I never had headaches last time. Feeling slightly sick as well. Not having fun. Booo! 😔

Feel for you. I had horrendous headaches towards the end of my down regging and they carried on for the start of stimming but then calmed down. Fingers crossed they soon pass for you xx

Thank you. They are pretty horrible headaches. It's more the sicky feeling I have that's annoying but not sure if it's the drugs, a bug or stress that's causing that. X

Hi Helto200. Ouch! This is not at all nice when it happens. I think it is the down regulation drug (sniffing) drug that is probably causing the problem headaches, as it is working on the pituitary gland in the brain. Tends to be more behind the eyes and the base of the head. Hopefully it will ease off a little soon - hope so! Good luck with the rest of the cycle. Diane

I had headaches with the down reg and progynova made me feel sicky too...you sort of get used to it eventually

It helps if you drink lots of water. At least 2 litres a day.

Thanks guys. They have gotten a little bit better now. I'm working a lot and doing 12 hour shifts, so I don't think that is helping 😀 xx
