Improving egg quality?
I don't think you can improve egg quality but I did focus on improving my general overall health by eating foods with essential fatty acids like avocados, nuts etc. I only take a seven seas conception tablet, it's pretty basic but I just wanted to make sure my iron levels were ok and was taking folic acid x
Hi, there's reports out there that suggest you can improve quality (not sure to what extent). Lots of good fats like olive oil, seeds and nuts - take a vitamin for conception, and vit d. I've heard a lot about dhea too. I also take omega 3 and co-enzyme q-10.
Hiya. I read that you need to take any vitamins or supplements for at least 3 months for any improvement. In addition to a healthy diet (plenty of veg and healthy fats) and pre-conception vitamins, I am also taking a royal jelly supplement. I don;t know if this is working, but I just really need to feel that I am doing something to help the process!
I don't think you can improve quality but you can improve your health which will help with conception. I took pregnacare conception vitamins, folic acid is the key thing you should be taking.x
Hi, after 5 early miscarriages and low AMH level, I have been taking DHEA, Ubiquinol, Folic Acid for the last 2.5 months and are now TTC. I have read DHEA can improve egg quality but there are differing opinions......I have stopped taking it now as I didn't want to take it long term and it affected my cycle, only by a couple of days.....
My doctor advised healthy lifestyle, relaxation and lots of water in the days leading up to EC. Good luck!
I've had a few people recommend the Royal jelly and coq 10 ubiuqinol so added them to my daily pregnacare that I take, also bought avacados ,although don't think am gonna like them so need to find smoothie ideas to try take them lol xx
