Nervous

Hi guys

I've got my appointment today consultant will discuss our treatment to us. Feeling so nervous with all the procedure injections etc. then egg collection just doesn't sound very nice tbh. I know it's for the best but feel so anxious as time is coming. Any tips for relaxation ???

Hi sophia... Im no expert as im pretty much at the same stage as you but was feeling the same, ive been doing alot of walking as that helps clear my head when im anxious about anything, and also trying not to think too far ahead jus take each step as it comes its helped me loads so far any way lol hope everthing goes well with your appointment today x

Hi Sophia, I've found some good relaxation/meditation videos on YouTube. There are some that are only 10 minutes long so you can try to fit them in easily, I found even the short ones helped me relax 😎

I know its daunting but I had the egg collection last week and its honestly not as bad as it sounds, you get some really good drugs too which made me feel like I just had a message and a few cosmos 👯
