3 rd cycle about to begin new clinic....

Hi ladies

There is so much sadness and happiness on this site in addition to support and help, guidance, laughs and understanding. The thing is we all know exactly how each other feels....

I will be signing off for a while as this is my last attempt I need to throw everything I have at it , not sure what that is yet but.... I will find out.

My consultant came back with hubby sperm being excellent and although I have low AMH my reserve is excellent for a lady my age soooooo here goes another and final round of IVF......

Quick question has anyone made use of nutribullet smoothies when having IVF and what did you put in them?

For all us trying, hoping , successful

Avocado

Kale

Spinach

A few blueberries

A few mls of acai berry juice

Raw beetroot

Apple

Top up with water

Had this regularly to top up on fruit and veg alongside one of my meals.

I also had protein shake with breakfast everyday during stimming phase and 3days a week before (to try and increase protein intake):

Unsweetened Almond milk (can use cows milk)

Hemp protein

Raspberries

(Rice protein has higher protein content if you can stomach it)

I made a compote of the raspberries and added a small amount of agave nectar to cut the tartness.

I'll hopefully be going in for embryo transfer tomorrow (also our last attempt).
