Hi Ceyc thank u for replay. It may sing silly but I need to say that we wasn't prepared for the IVF us we should by the clinic. No one told us what we should do when we start the cycle, how to look after my self and to "help "...my self before transfer. No tips at all 😔 I read so much since, I know more now and is sad that some clinic will tell u advice u to help u ....but my didn't 😔😔

There are documents given for you to read before the treatment begins. I hope everything will be okay soon. Tc xx

Yes I had letters written when the cycle will start, what to take first , then when to start spray, when injunction and all that . They didn't say anything to me how to looking after my self . What to avoid in daily basis and what not. All this process is stressful I think for everyone but still any this kind of advice will not do any harm. My hubby was advice only TLC . I'm devastated special that they transfer one blastocyst and one embryo.... 😔
