Stupid question maybe but what should I do about tablets and time changing as there's an hour change ... ..keep every 12 hours or that means I will change times or just go with new time and no matter about an hour x was taking tablets and injections exactly the same time from start x

hi don't worry, some places are quite relaxed about it not being 12 hour exactly anyway. Mine were quite happy with an hour either side so I did roughly 6am - 6pm
