The next INUK Central London support group is this Thursday 26th March 6.30pm - 9pm

Where: The Gunmakers. 33 Airbrooke Street. W1U 4AP. Central London.

FREE mindbody workshop where we shall be doing techniques to de-stress and relax. Followed by support meeting.

Upstairs in the private room room booked under 'Naomi'.

If you would like to join us for food come at 6.30. The pub has gluten and dairy free options. Workshop to start at 7.30.
