40+ Fertility clinics in London?

With 43 years of age, high FSH, high LH and low AMH. Can anyone please tell me of a doctor or clinic in London that won’t automatically reject me or offer donation only?

Hi, I have just sent along my experience of 2 London clinics for an over 40 year old 😆 one thing I cannot stress is that if your male partner is over 40 that you carry out a DNA Fragmentation sperm test. It looks at the sperm quality as this can also deteriorate as men age & it’s not really talked about & so no actions are taken to improve the sperm.

Depending on the cause. It can be hormonal, Varicocele, environmental etc. There are several multi vitamins for male fertility with small differences between brands. Antioxidants are recommended, we were told vitamin E, vitamin C, Coq10 and lycopene. Cooling with ice pack in nickers was recommended at one point but made zero difference. There’s a physiological logic to it but no research to back it. I found one ongoing RCT that was conducted by the company that sells the cooling nickers...
