Boosting my folicals

Had scan today. I have 2 folicals about 17 and approx 12 around the 7 or 8 mark. Any advise on what I can do naturally to help the others catch up. Doc is deciding if I need more drugs but want to do everything I can to increase the number of large folicals as at this rate I will only have 2 eggs to collect.

I had to be on the max stim drug 450 for 6 days to increase my folicles. I've been told that the least amount of folicles you have, the better quality eggs you will produce. If that's true or not I don't know. I had 9 follicles, 3 were 20mm and 18mm. I got 6 eggs today at collection. Not sure on the quality yet. Try acupuncture. Good luck.

If the dr hasn't immediately increased, then they are generally ok with th position, as they can increase straight away if not happy, so do try not to worry too much (easier to type then do). The onnly thing I would possibly consider if I were you apart from the normal helthy living and meditation, is to try fertility acupuncture.
