Egg collection in 48 hours does anyone have any tips apart from trying to stay stress free and rest.
Make sure you take 2 weeks off. Your body is going through a lot so give yourself a break.good luck I'm sure you'll be fine xxx
Try to not pee for 30 mins after transfer if possible!
Get some hings to do to keep your mind occupied that aren't too taxing - some crafting or the like may help, or watch that box set, or get ahead with buying pressies for upcoming birthdays.
Try and stay away from googling any symptoms as the drugs you are taking may mirror early pregnancy symptoms anyway.

Hi, I agree with the above but I only needed the day of the transfer +2 days to recover, I was then keen to get back to work just to distract myself and focus on something else was a relief! The actual procedure is fine - I didn't feel a thing. Good luck! Xxx

Yes I ate fresh pineapple twice a day for first week and resulted in BFP ! Not sure if pineapple was a major factor but it def can't hurt ! My advice would be to take it easy first 2 days but then try and be active even if few walks on an evening as you need to keep blood flowing which is proven to help. Good luck ! Xx

It's the core of the pineapple you need to eat!! There's something in it called bromelain which if I remember rightly can help with implantation. Don't know how true it is but I'm willing to try anything no matter how daft it is lol
