Should I have mild cramps day after transfer?

Only 24 hrs in but have got mild cramps. Promised myself I wouldn't freak out at every twinge and feeling but just needed to ask!

Hi jsth1979. I experienced period type pains after my transfer. I was told it's due to the pessaries I had to use to support the transfer. Unfortunately they were the same symptoms as a pregnancy. Hope this helps. Good luck and got my fingers crossed for you.
