Day 4 on down reg drugs and really struggling to sleep.

I remember having two really bad nights sleep last fresh cycle but I haven't slept well since I started on Monday. So glad off work tomorrow so can catch up. Anyone else had/having the same problem? Thank you.

Insomnia was the only symptom I had when I was down regging in my last cycle. I did sleep but it was a struggle. To be honest not sure if it was the drugs as had some trouble sleeping before I started cycle. However it did get better as the weeks went by and was fine was I started stimming. So if it us the drugs then you may be in for a few more restless nights. Either way hope it all goes well, good luck x

Thank you missmmc for your advice. I'm hoping things settle soon. I'm abit worried I'm not getting enough rest. Having acupuncture again on Saturday so I'm hoping that will help me x

Ahh.... Insomnia. Well, I wouldn't say I couldn't go to sleep but I woke up lots of times. I am on day 9 of down regs and my worst symptom was the headaches... I've settled down a bit now and start my stims tomorrow night so we shall se what they bring!

How long are you on down regs for?

I can get to sleep too then wake up at 1.30am and its sleep, awake until I get up. I have had headaches too but think that's the lack of sleep. I'm on the down reg drugs until 6th June then will start the stim drugs. Good luck for your cycle

Sounds exactly like me. I still feel tired but the headaches have gone. I now have my period so just want to EAT A LOT!! ha ha! Period cramps aren't too bad as was very quick 'pill' induced cycle/period. Start stim drugs tonight.then I've got three days off for bank holiday so if they affect my sleep there'll be no pressure to get up early for work!

6th june is my egg collection date!

6th June is a big day for both of us then lol. Good luck with the stim drugs. I'll be pretty much on the full amount you are allowed right from the start. I'm waiting for my period any day now. Good luck with everything
