Hi Hayles. If you have a look at our website infertilitynetworkuk.com and go to the NHS Funding page. Over on the left hand side you will see CCG Funding details. Click on that and all the NHS areas will appear. Find yours, click on it, and all the details regarding eligibility for treatment is there for you. Hope this helps. Diane
