Sorry, struggling to understand the question, is it about blood tests to understand pregnancy, or is it about embryo transfer as you've given a series of questions about embryo grades and numbers of embryos transferred. I think with embryo grades and numbers transferred there is no direct scientific link with that of the HCG, as whether these embies are going to stick - very subtle differences that may contribute to why you are needing fertility treatment, dependent on both female and male factors, that at 2 days everything looks hunky dory, but actually, they don't last long in the womb, or 5 days everything looks great, but again, they don't stick. If there was a magic way of knowing how to get a positive result, we wouldn't be looking on average at a 35% success rate.

At 15 days after embryo transfer, if you have had IVF, you can either test with a home pregnancy testing kit, or some clinics like to use the Beta blood test (this happened with my last round and not my earlier rounds). A positive result I seem to recall is anything above 50. But, because these are not all taken at exactly the same time there will be significant variation, what is actually important is whether the figure you have is doubling every 48 hours, so you will be re-tested if there is a positive result to see if the hormone levels are increasing. We weren't actually told our first result, but 48 hours later we were at 400+.
