do they do a house check if couple been accepted for ivf

I've never heard of nhs doing a house check.

Do you have concerns with your house or something ?

I haven't heard about this, but, if you are concerned about such a visit, maybe before you go ahead with your treatment you ask whether you are currently in a good place to bring up a child. By good place, I mean financially, emotionally, living arrangements etc etc.
