My doctors isn’t sure if it’s twins. I went in for my 6 1/2 week ultrasound and he said he only sees one yolk but and only heard one heart beat but some else is there. He said he’ll check again in a week. Please see picture. What do you see?

Hi! Congratulations🌷! I see twins, and I jist wanted to tell you that I had my first scan on Monday. I was 6+2 and dr said that it is sooo early. There was tiny heartbeat, but she told me even if there wasn’t, it would stll be fine. Just try to relax (🙄ohh I hate when they tell me that) and little one will catch up!!❤️❤️
