nub theory anyone? 😁

hi ladies,

wondered if anyone knows how to read nub theory?

I only found it it exists couple of days ago. I’m not looking for accurate results just a bit of fun & maybe stories if anyone’s nub theory was correct 💗💗

I would have guessed girl. Nub theory is if it’s pointing down or straight it’s more likely a girl and if it’s got a slight lifted angle it could be a boy.

we didnt want to know the sex until baby was born and one of our ‘friends’ decided to tell us and everyone that nub theory showed our 10 and 12 week scan as being definitely a little girl. She is a university lecturer with a phd in medicine and explained the whole thing in detail so not just an armchair guesser. I was so annoyed at her as she knew we didn’t want to know! Not that we couldn’t know 🙄 so we were pretty much convinced it was a girl until our little bruiser of a boy arrived and we hadn’t even settled on a boys name 🤣 I never even got to rub ot in her face as she made the baby shower all about her too so we had already parted ways by then. I’m not so sore on ‘nub theory’ since then 😂 congratulations and wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy xx

Aww congratulations 🥳when did you find out? I could not help by notice your name on the scan and I can see you are Polish, me too 😁 do you leave in UK?

Thank you so much, I found out that I'm having a little boy when I was 10 and a half weeks pregnant through the nipt harmony genetic testing, that's really cool that we are both Polish, no I live in Australia🙂, do you know when you find out your baby's gender?🙂

I know ! Small world 😁 is that done through a blood test? We’re going to book a private scan at 16 weeks. 2 weeks to go 😁😁 I want to know but there is a part of me that thinks it’s nice not knowing too 😅 xx

Yeah I definitely understand that, yes you book the nipt harmony genetic testing through your gp but it's very expensive that test but it checks if the baby has chromosome abnormalities🙂xx

I guess a girl. Mine is a girl and guessed correctly from nub, it looks like it goes across rather then up. Let us know xx
