19 weeks - Headaches when laying on my left side at night

Hi, sis this normal? For the last few nights i've been getting intense headaches when laying on my left side at night. they wake me up at night with the most intense throbbing pain around my left eye socket? Anyone experienced this? Thank you!

Maybe a problem with your sinuses ? Can cause a headache and pain around your cheeks , eyes or forehead Makes sure drinking plenty of fluids as well as this can cause headaches due to dehydration If still worrying you see your GP/Midwife

Hey there, hope the headache has settled but definitely worth mentioning to your medical team just to be on the safe side as anything outwith the norm for you is worth checking out.x Hope it’s all sorted soon.

Thank you 🙏 I'm seeing the consultant this week so gonna see what they say. It tends to come on at night when i'm laying down which is the odd part and wakes me up with the intense pain... so weird!
