so I’ve to go in tomorrow to get bloods to check if I have the virus and if it’s negative redo bloods in 4 weeks time to confirm. They did a check of my initial bloods from the start of pregnancy and it turns out I’m not immune to it 🤦♀️ as if the journey of ivf wasn’t hard enough xxx
hope you are all good. Xxx

So sorry to hear this. After everything else you've been through. I thought I read somewhere it might be worse to catch it earlier on in pregnancy than you are but I could be wrong. Praying for you xx
Weird reply sorry (woke up way too early before the crew). Never heard of this - is it common in the UK to be checked for this in initial bloods? Have you been exposed or the commonly check? (Do I need to add it to my worry list?)Good luck fingers 🤞 it's all clear !
hello it’s a common virus in the uk but they will only check you if your exposed to it and are not immune (65% of women are immune to it) it can cause issues but only in very very very rare cases. I honestly wouldn’t worry about it. Mines come back negative and I was with him all day for 2 days xxx
