When I thought the tww was hard it’s nothing compared to now! Least in the tww you can do tests and compare lines etc I’m 7w+1 and don’t have any symptoms… really worried that the baby could have stopped growing dur to previous missed miscarriage. How common is it to be at this stage with no symptoms?

Everyone is different - some [like yourself] have very little symptoms, others feel sick etc. Also, these symptoms can come and go But maybe you should speak to you speak with your clinic/midwife for further reassurance
Hello. I just wanted to message and let you know, I am 7 weeks today and have literally NO symptoms at all and I’ve been hysterical all week with worry after having several losses previously. But had an early scan today and all was well out little squiggle in there with heart flickering away. Xxx
aw that’s amazing to hear thank you!! What are me like! We dream about falling pregnant for so long and when it happens we stress so much about being pregnant and staying pregnant! I had a scan at 6w+4 ( I couldn’t wait any longer) and baby measured 6w+3 with a little flickering heartbeat and I have a scan on Tuesday with my clinic I will be 7w+ 6 🤞🏽 Counting down the hours!! When is your next scan? Xx
9 weeks so another couple to go now. I feel much happier after todays scan though I’m just hoping this reassurance lasts!! Xx
Hey just to say don't panic, I was the same, I think its quite common not to have any symptoms at 7 weeks. My symptoms kicked in about week 9 and to be honest apart from not being able to abide any food smell and only wanting to eat pasta and salt and vinegar crisps for a week (!) the only real symptom I have had throughout is tiredness - which really kicked in about 8-9 weeks and lasted until about week 14, and and epic constipation! haha x
